Do you use high pressure on house cladding?
No. Cladding gets a low pressure soft wash, which lifts the growth without stripping paint or driving water behind the boards. High pressure is for hard surfaces like concrete, where it belongs.
How often does a Hibiscus Coast home need washing?
Usually once a year. Living this close to the sea means salt spray and damp, and homes that sit under trees or face south tend to green up faster than that.
Do I need to be home?
Not usually. As long as we can reach the property and get to an outdoor tap, most jobs are done without you needing to take time off.
